It's all energy

If you haven't seen the movie What the Bleep?, you should. It's a great story showing how thoughts are energy and create reality. Whether you love your life or you hate it, you created it and you can change it if you know how. Change your thoughts, change your life!

A baby that pokes a key into an electical outlet and gets shocked is not a victim. The world did not do anything to them. Their own ignorance shocked them. I'm not saying that they are to blame, just that they are responsible for what happened.

Blame doesn't fix anything, it doesn't stop us from hurting our selves with our ignorance or make us feel better about what we have already done. Personally I think it is quite useless. We wouldn't beat up on someone who just tripped and fell down, so why beat our selves up?

Knowing that it's all energy is great, but so what?

I keep a gratitude, acknowledgement and energy journal. I've heard about these several different places, but my own coach, Sandi Amorim, is the one who got me started doing it. Knowledge is not power, action based on knowledge is power. I invite you to join me in posting here the things you are grateful for, the things you acknowledge yourself for and the things that may impact your energy today.

I am grateful for a possible new tenant who just called to schedule a viewing of my appartment for rent, my great tenant Leo who found her, my mastermind group who supports my online efforts, talking with my friend Paul Scheele of Learning Strategies and Bolgger.com for making this blog free and easy for me to get started.

I acknowledge my self for starting this blog, making my mastermind call this morning, meditating, calling my tenants, doing the laundry and cleaning up after the dog.

Things that impact my energy today are meditating, starting something new (this blog), my mastermind call, learning to make better use of my time and coaching someone else on how to make better use of their time.

Remember YOU are magical,
Dianne

Magical YOU!
